CliniKite uses a simple two-part pricing model. Clinics purchase a one-time software licence sized for their practice, and choose from optional platform services such as AI assistance and two-way WhatsApp messaging. Infrastructure costs are kept separate and transparent.

Each licence covers the complete CliniKite product at the time of purchase and includes the first year of software updates and support. There are no per-seat fees within the bounds of each plan.

Add-ons extend specific parts of CliniKite with ongoing services. They are billed separately from the software licence and can be added or removed at the end of any billing period.

AI Assistant

Two-way WhatsApp bot

Extended updates and support

Infrastructure is priced separately so that you pay the true cost of compute, storage, and networking. CliniKite does not mark up AWS or hardware pricing.

Hosted by CliniKite on your behalf.

CliniKite provisions a dedicated cloud instance in an Indian data region for your practice. The instance is isolated, named for your clinic, and operated under our standard hosting agreement.

How does CliniKite's pricing model work?

There are two components. First, a one-time software licence sized for your practice — paid once and owned by your clinic. Second, optional add-on services (AI Assistant, two-way WhatsApp bot, and others) that are billed monthly or annually and can be added or removed as needed.

What is included in the one-time licence?

The complete CliniKite product and the first year of software updates and support. After the first year, clinics can continue to receive updates and support through the Extended Updates and Support add-on, or continue operating the existing release without interruption.

Are add-ons required?

No. The one-time licence is a complete, working clinic management system on its own. Add-ons are optional services that extend specific workflows, such as AI-assisted case review or two-way patient messaging.

Can we move between deployment models later?

Yes. All three deployment options run the same software. Migration between models is handled by our team with a database transfer at a scheduled maintenance window.

What does infrastructure cost in practice?

Managed cloud: approximately ₹2,400 per month covering compute, storage, and network. Your AWS account: billed by AWS directly. On-premise: a one-time hardware cost from ₹32,000.

Is training included?

Every licence includes one hour of live training for the doctor and reception staff, covering the complete clinical and billing workflow. Additional training can be arranged on request.
