HexaRadius is an independent software company founded in 2026. We build products used by healthcare providers across India, with a focus on independent doctors and small clinics — the segment of the healthcare system most often served last by software vendors.
Our team includes engineers with prior experience in healthcare technology, financial services, and data privacy. We work directly with practising clinicians during design and evaluation, and we demonstrate the product only on working deployments.
CliniKite is the result of this approach. The product is designed for the realities of Indian clinical practice, the requirements of Indian regulation, and the expectations of patients and clinicians who want their records to remain in the clinic’s custody.

Clinical focus
CliniKite concentrates on the daily workflow of a clinic. We prioritise the capabilities clinicians use every day, and we decline to ship features that do not serve that workflow well.
Privacy as default
Patient data remains with the clinic. This is a property of the system architecture, not a configurable setting, and applies to every customer, every plan, and every deployment option.
Transparent pricing
Revenue comes from two sources: a one-time software licence paid by each clinic, and optional platform add-ons such as AI assistance and two-way messaging. We do not sell, share, or derive analytics from clinical records, and we do not partner with pharmaceutical or insurance data brokers.
Designed for India
National Medical Commission prescription standards, GST invoicing, UPI payments, and WhatsApp communication are built into the product by default, not added later as regional adaptations.
Portability
Every subscribing clinic receives a documented data export in an open format. If CliniKite is no longer the right choice, your records move with you without dependence on our tooling.
